We make sure to provide warranty 90 Days on all the used transmission that we sell.
Although there are certain factors that may affect your warranty coverage like the type and model of your car, the mileage of the transmission at the time of sale, and other particular factors.

All warranty terms will be clearly outlined on your invoice at the time of purchase.

• Transmission Replacement: In case, your used transmission fails under regular use within  the warranty period, we will provide a  replacement transmission of same  quality.
• Major internal components covered by our warranty are gears, shafts, valve bodies, torque converters (for automatic transmissions), and other vital lubricated elements.
• Coverage under our warranty is 90 Days from the date of purchase. Furthermore possible depending on the particular part bought are extended warranty options.

What Is Covered?

When the transmission is correctly fitted and maintained, our warranty covers against flaws in workmanship and materials. Followings are usually covered:

• Transmission case
• Every internal lubricated component (shafts, bearings, gears)
• Valve body
• converter of torque (for automatic transmissions)
• Synchronizers for manual transmissions

Note: Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, the warranty solely covers internal parts and does not cover any external components.

What’s not  covered ?

Although we seek to provide general coverage, there are several significant exclusions:

• Damage resulting from overheating is not covered unless it can be shown to be the result of a covered component failing.
• Not covered are routine maintenance items including filters, fluids, seals, gaskets, exterior hoses.
• Coverage exclude items including wiring harnesses, sensors, computers, and other attachments fastened to the transmission.
• Any damage arising from improper installation, inadequate fluids, neglect, or illegal modifications will void the warranty.
• Pre-Existing Problems: Not covered are conditions existing before sale.
• Expenses linked to towing, labor, rental cars, diagnostics, lost income, or other indirect damage are not covered under this guarantee.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Kindly follow these guidelines to claim your warranty:

• As soon as you find a flaw, get in touch with our warranty department.
• Send your original invoice, a report provided by the mechanic and an issue description together.
• We might set up a third-party licensed mechanic to check the problem.
• We will supply a replacement transmission once the claim has been validated. (Shipping charges for the replacement unit may apply.)

Important Guidelines

• Your transmission has to be fitted by a professional mechanic. Improper installation will nullify your warranty.
