At Used Transmission. For Sale, we promise to provide premium used transmissions and guarantee your whole satisfaction.

We want to make the procedure as simple and as precise as we can, so that in case you wish to replace the auto part,you do not feel any sort of hindrance. Henceforth, whole information about our return and replacement policy is simplified and listed below.

Qualification for Returns

The transmission has to be in its natural, unaffected state fit for resale. Items have to contain original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and paperwork. One has to start a return 30 days from the invoice date. As,returns beyond 30 days could be refused or liable to further restocking charges. All returns need current evidence of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Non-Returnable Objects

The following things are not qualified for a return:

• Items altered or adapted to satisfy particular consumer needs.
• Items used, installed, changed, or damaged upon purchase.

How to Return a Part

• First seek a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer support staff. As, returns without an RMA number will not be taken in.
• Carefully package the part including all accessories and paperwork.
• Send the item to the address our support staff recommended.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped or a confirmed defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• We will transfer the refund amount within 7 business days once we get and check the returned engine.
• If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Replacements

In case you receive the incorrect part, kindly let us know within 7 days following delivery.
Once verified, we will send the proper transmission at no further expense.In case the suitable replacement is  unavailable, we will provide a similar substitute or handle a refund depending on your choice.

Core Returns

• Cores have to be returned 15 days after you receive your transmission.
• Ignoring to return the core will lead to a $200 core charge issued.
• If you prepaid a core charge when placing your order and fail to return the core, the core deposit will be non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

Every transmission includes manufacture defect warranty coverage.The transmission bought will determine the warranty term.

• Your order records.Along with an explanation of the problem.

Depending on product availability and your preference, your claim will  be validated either for  replacement transmission or a refund.

Shipments Damage and Shipping Errors

In case you receive a damaged part. We will schedule to pick the wrong part and ship the right one at no additional cost.Tell us right away whether your delivery comes damaged.

Claims cannot, however, be handled without the original delivery receipt and packing materials.

Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information including the proper part number and vehicle details—is the customer’s obligation.
• Installers of parts must be qualified, professional mechanics. Bad installation will void any warranty coverage and your return eligibility.
• Notify any problems with your order right away to help to resolve them easily.
